CIRCLE Alumna Salem Rachel Pearce at an interfaith rally in support of Florida tomato workers
In 2014, Salem Pearce was a part of a summer fellowship for rabbinical and cantorial students run by T’ruah, a Jewish human rights organization in New York City. She worked as the rabbinic fellow at the Urban Justice Center’s Mental Health Project where she explored her role as a spiritual resource for colleagues and clients. She also worked on state prison reform, planning outreach to various religious communities in support of a new bill.
